A PLASTIC surgeon has revealed which five procedures she’d happily go under the knife for – and the two she’s already forked out on.
Doctor Kelly Killeen shared that she still loves her breast implants 24 years on and that liposuction on her love handles was an ‘awesome’ decision.
The surgeon, known online as @kellykilleenmd, also revealed that she’d happily have an upper eye lift and a tummy tuck in the future too.
In a new TikTok reel, she said: “Okay, so here’s my top five plastic surgical procedures that I would totally have done as a plastic surgeon, and two of them I’ve already had done.
“So number one, if you know me at all and you know my practice, breast reduction.
“Breast reductions are just awesome. Not only do you get smaller, higher, perkier breasts that are more what you want.
“You almost always get improvement in symptoms like back, neck pain, headaches, numbness in your hands.
“It’s just an incredible procedure. The patients are so happy, it’s so fun to perform. If I needed a breast reduction, absolutely would have a breast reduction.
“The second procedure which I know will be a little bit controversial is an implant breast augmentation.
“I had my first breast augmentation when I was 21. I’m almost 45 now, I love, love, love my implants.
“Most, if not all, of my patients love, love, love their implants.
“I would absolutely do it again, 100 times over if given the opportunity. It’s been great for my confidence and self-esteem.
“I just love my breast implants.”
The medical professional also had high praise for upper eyelid lifts, claiming they heal quickly and give a ‘refreshed’ yet natural look.
She continued: “Number three, I would totally have an upper eyelid lift or a blepharoplasty if and when I need it.
“It’s such an awesome procedure. It’s quick, the healing’s fast, the scar is really well hidden.
“People look like themselves, just a younger, refreshed version.
“Love this surgery so much. Absolutely would have it myself.
“Number four would be a tummy tuck.
“So there’s just no way to exercise away loose skin, and I’m sorry, skin tightening devices just don’t do the job for a big chunk of people with loose skin after pregnancy or weight loss.
“Tummy tucks are awesome. You get immediate gratification, you look great the day of surgery.
“It’s so great for patient self-esteem. It allows you to wear all of the different types of clothes that you have always wanted to without worrying about hiding loose skin.
“Love the procedure, would absolutely have it done myself.
“And then the last thing is kind of weird and specific, it’s liposuction of the love handles.
“I had this done myself, this is one of the two I’ve had done, and it’s awesome.
“It not only helps your waist look a little slimmer, it makes your buns look rounder.
“Recovery’s super easy, low risk for contour deformities which can happen with liposuction.
“Love, love, love, love handle lipo.”
Fans loved her honesty, with the video gaining more than 29,200 likes and 463,000 views.
