A MCDONALD’S worker has revealed the 10 most annoying things customers do – including the worst coffee order.

Harry Oliver, from the UK, has shared a number of videos about working for the fast food chain since he started his TikTok account in May last year.

In a short five-second clip he uploaded last month, the social media user listed some of most annoying things customers do.

Wearing his uniform in the staffroom of his local branch, he wrote in the footage: “Things that customers say/do which baffle me.”

Starting the ball rolling, Harry said he can’t stand it when people ask if the French fries are hot before ordering them.

He wrote: “How [the f***] would I know?”

Harry also said he found it frustrating when people aren’t specific regarding their drink orders.

He said: “When they ask for a coffee and I say, ‘yeah no worries – which coffee?’ And they reply, ‘just a coffee’?”

Harry then took exception to people who asked for a “cheeseburger with no cheese” instead of just ordering a normal hamburger.

He also hit back at customers who complained about a Quarter Pounder having cheese in it.

Another thing that got his goat, Harry said was “when they don’t use table service but go sit down expecting us to know where they are.”

The McDonald’s worker also took issue with people who “shout their order loads of times”.

That video went viral, picking up more than 635,000 views and 72,800 likes, which led him to make a follow up clip.

If he was taking orders at the Drive-Thru, Harry said he couldn’t help get annoyed if people didn’t clearly say what they wanted.

He said: “When they mumble their order but then get angry at me when I say, ‘sorry, what was that?’ for the fourth time.

“As if it’s my fault that I genuinely can’t hear you because you’ve parked 20m away.”

Harry then berated customers who took their frustrations out on a member of staff when the milkshake machines were out of order.

Another thing that got him annoyed was when customers asked for salt sachets for their fries, even though they had asked for them to be unseasoned when they made their order.

Lastly, he admitted he got peeved when people asked for extra toppings on their McFlurry.

But Harry added: “P.S. I do love my job [to be honest] just some customers confuse me and you’d probably only understand if you work at McDonald’s!”

Harry’s videos obviously struck a chord with other McDonald’s employees as they chipped in with their own things they found annoying.

One commentator wrote: “When people pull up to the drive thru and immediately start going ‘Hello? hello? hello?’ repeatedly…”
